iPad Mini Website Launch Giveaway

ipadmini giveaway I’m giving away some good stuff and today is your opportunity to win it!

It’s a big day for me here at the Foundation Fitness HQ. In celebration of all that is happening I want to give a huge thanks to you, my loyal readers with an opportunity to win some super solid giveaways, an ipad mini, Foundation Fitness Tee, Training Journal, a seat in Abs Course and more …

The past few months I’ve had my head down, working hard creating needed solutions for the many who have asked.

Here’s what’s been going on:

3 HUGE Announcements

1) Today marks the launch of a brand new look for Foundation Fitness. It’s been well over 4 months in development and I’m super excited to present to you our new home, the FF HQ. Check it out and paroos around here. And definitely let me know what you think! Also, if you look around the blog here at it got the same sexy facelift!

A special thanks to Shannon Noack and Vicky Theodorou who orchestrated and executed the design and flow of the new sites. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

2) I’ve nailed a bunch of details down on our 2013 Summer Abs Course. It is open and taking new students! I’ve been getting lots of emails as to when this will be ready and now is the time. I’ll be keeping registration open through June 1st so get in ASAP!

3) But most importantly, the biggest project I’ve been working on to date and I am so so excited to release this – as it is one of super importance. It’s called Baby Belly Rehabilitation and it’s specifically designed for the ladies looking to get their pre-baby body back in action.

As it stands, the United States is one of the only countries that don’t provide any type of post natal rehabilitation program. I’ve been asked so many times over the years to fill this void and I’ve teamed up with the most qualified post natal professional I know and a dear friend of mine, Christopher Coates to bring you the most effective post natal rehabilitation progression we could create.

If you or someone you know has had a baby within the year, this is exactly what she needs. You can check out more details inside the program itself as there is a 30 day trial period for all ladies interested in getting their pre-baby body back! Check it out here.

And now, My Giveaway Gifts to You!

As I said earlier, this is a truly exciting time for me and Foundation Fitness. There is so much going on that I can hardly contain myself. In an effort to let off some of my pent up stokedness (is that a word?) I’m just going to give you an opportunity to win some cool shit.

Check out what I’m giving away:

An iPad Mini

A seat inside the new Abs Course

6 Month free enrollment in Baby Belly Rehabilitation (option to give to a friend who had a baby recently)

  4. I would love to have the emotional attitude, health, and energy to face whatever comes my way, on any day, in any situation, with my absolute best foot forward!

  5. I’d spend my days traveling with my husband and friends. We’d have all sorts of adventures and I’d get to eat so much wonderful food.

  6. I would spend it surrounded by my family in a warm climate by the beach enjoying the warm sunshine and company of my fam!

  7. My ultimate life; I would love to be able to wake up in the morning, and have the determination and time to exercise. Go through the day full of energy, happy about how i feel and look. I would probably work half the day if I could, and spend the rest of the day improving my mind and body. I’d love to learn how to cook so that I could make good healthy meals for my family. At the end of the day, I’d go to sleep knowing that I am a better person than i was the day before.

    • Jeremiah,

I agree with you 100% on spending half the day producing quality “work” that you love and enjoy and then the rest improving body and mind. The importance of working “in” is just as important as working “out”. I’m going to be posting solid fat loss recipes often here on the site, so keep your eyes peeled and maybe we can help you make that learning curve on cooking happen! Thanks for the input Jeremiah…

  8. I would want to be healthy – to not be sick, to have energy all day long and just go out there and do it.

  9. I would just want to be healthy with no health problems whatsoever and have enough money where I don’t have to struggle

  10. Everyday I want to wake up to my soulmate in person rather than on skype. To kiss that handsome face everyday would make my every day/minute all worth while!

  11. If I had my way, I would spend my life in a warm climate. I would have an orchard, an expansive veggie and flower garden and I would tend the gardens and eat the most wonderful fresh meals enjoyed with a bouquet of flowers at my table.

  12. I would wish to be at aa healthy weight and to have my health back. Plus enough money to pay for my house, taxes, insurance, etc…

  13. I am happy with my life, have great husband and wonderful children! If I could change anything it would be that my 6 yr old son with Autism could talk.

  14. My ultimate life would include exercising daily, eating healthy, kids thriving in school, money to live comfortable, my house paid for and going to church weekly.

  15. Th perfect life would be off the grid in nature, with maybe a portable generator for those emergency situations. Enjoying the sun rising each day and the sound of nature with out the drama and stresses that seem to appear in normal city life out of nowhere.

  16. For me, its to be healthy and at a healthy weight again. I feel tired and very blah all the time and I do attribute it to my unhealthy eating habits. I just dont ever feel the motivation to do much about it. I am “comfortable” but not happy.

  17. I would live in a cabin on the side of a mountain and enjoy the peace, quiet and nature on a daily basis.

  18. I would wake without an alarm clock to the wounds of the ocean. I would start and end my day with a walk on the beach. I would eat fresh fish and vegetables (along with occasional chocolate!).

  19. I try to have gratitude for my waking breath and every other moment that I encounter whether good or not as good, and then try and top this day tomorrow !

  20. I would definitely have financial, and emotional well being for my self and my family. Most importantly i would love more every day.

  21. My ultimate life would have me living in a nice town or city with my friends and loved ones nearby. I don’t need much.

  22. I would love to enjoy every minute of what is left in my life. I would love to be physically and mentally fit for my time on earth. I want to appreciate everything that happens and show good to others no matter what.

  23. I would have a huge working farm and be surrounded by animals everyday. I’d have tons of land with places to fish and ride four wheelers, just have fun every day.

  24. I would buy a property large enough to put all my family in houses on it. Each day I would be able to wake up and spend time with the people who means the most to me. That would be sharing the good times and the bad times together.

  25. If I could have everything my way, I would have enough money to live on to quit work and spend every day with my family.

  26. I would have enough money to stay at home and live a fairly simple life. I would not have to work. I would be able to do what I want when I want! I could stay home every day for the rest of my life and never have time to do everything I wanted to do–I would NEVER be bored!

  27. I’d have the money to buy the DSLR I really want, and I could become a freelance photographer. I wouldn’t struggle with an eating disorder, PTSD, depression and/or other mental illnesses. I’d be happy.

  28. The ultimate life(style) to me: To be healthy!! Ok, so yeah, I want to look fit, slimmer, and attractive, but that’s not my only priority! I have 4 children, ranging from 15 down to 21 months. (And lord knows, I have the “baby belly,” the one thing I never lose!!) The youngest has made me realize that I am not a young girl anymore! It’s takes all I have, at only 32 years of age, to play outside with him for a few hours!! My new objective is to live a healthier lifestyle, which does include shedding more than a few pounds. I want to FEEL better, physically and emotionally, both of which is necessary, to enjoy my children, and someday, my grandchildren. I want to walk taller, without back pain. I want to walk faster, without shortness of breath. I want to walk longer, without growing tired. I desire to more spiritually awakened. I desire to be a little more free of stress, tension, and depression! I desire to be more motivated. I long to have more energy! Over the past few weeks, I have done quite a bit of research on what it will take to get my mind and body where they need to be. At nearly 33 years old, my real age is calculated to be around 45, due to years of living an unhealthy lifestyle. I have researched supplements, and even ordered a few. I have signed up for e-recipes for healthier foods. I have subscribed to a few healthy lifestyle magazines. I have looked for, found, liked, and am following sites, such as yours, to help me make the transition into a healthy lifestyle. I have ordered materials to help with smoking cessation, including literature, gum, electronic cigarettes and more, rather than signing up for my beloved cigarette coupons! I have subscribed to an electronic daily reflection site! I have started walking and doing light toning exercises to help build muscle, decrease fat, and get ready for the more trying exercises. I genuinely want to be healthy, in every aspect of the term, and that, sir, is my idea of living ultimately!!!

  29. Sorry, I failed to mention that I also enlisted the help and knowledge of “Atkins,” acquiring a copy of the “Carb Counter & Acceptable Foods List!!” It’s helping me tremendously, and I have not struggled terribly in my war against carbs!

  30. My Ultimate Life would be a day where my daughter was a typical child without Special Needs or Autism.
